Comments

At major law firms and a foreign-affiliated law firm, I have accumulated experience in domestic and cross-border corporate legal affairs, with a focus on financial practice. In terms of financial practice, I handle both financial regulation (banking, securities, trusts, asset management, etc.) and financial transactions (banking, real estate, etc.). I am also a part-time outside director of a regional bank and a compliance officer for a foreign investment advisory firm.
I hope that I may contribute to clients with my experience and knowledge.
