- As a Ukrainian Attorney-at-Law and a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Japan (Ukrainian law), I specialize in Ukrainian law and legal support for Ukraine–Japan cooperation.
Following the outbreak of the full-scale invasion in Ukraine, I participated in a legal support project for Ukrainian evacuees in Japan. Working closely with Japanese attorneys at our firm, we assisted Ukrainians in resolving a wide range of legal issues, including immigration status, employment, family law, housing, social security, and other legal matters related to their stay in Japan.
Since becoming registered Foreign Lawyer in Japan qualified in Ukrainian law, I have been providing legal advice and legal support to both individuals and corporate clients on matters involving Ukrainian law. My practice covers Ukrainian civil, contract, family, inheritance, and business law, as well as the preparation of legal opinions on Ukrainian law, legal analysis, legal risk assessment, contract review and management, and legal support for international business projects between Ukraine and Japan.
In my practice, I strive to combine in-depth knowledge and practical application of Ukrainian law with a thorough understanding of the Japanese legal and business environment. Together with the experienced Japanese attorneys at our firm, who possess extensive expertise in Japanese law, we deliver practical, comprehensive, and client-oriented legal services tailored to the specific needs of each client.
